Teach something
Portuguese, English, music, drawing, sewing, computing — if you know it well enough to explain it, there is someone here who wants to learn it.
Give an hour
Help with meals, set up the space, accompany a family to an appointment, or simply be present during a workshop. Small, regular presence changes everything.
Donate materials
Instruments, computers, art supplies, non-perishable food. If you are not using it and it still works, it can serve here.
Bring your organisation
Companies and other associations can partner with us on activities, equipment or volunteering days.

Tell us what you can offer and how much time you have. We answer every message, even if we cannot say yes immediately.
