What we collect
Contact form: name, e-mail and message — used only to answer you.
Donations: amount, name, e-mail and, if you provide it, tax number — used to process the donation and issue the receipt. Legal basis: performance of the donation and legal obligations (accounting).
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell or share data with third parties, except the payment provider you choose (PayPal or your bank), as required to process the payment.
How long we keep it
Messages: up to 12 months. Donation records: for the period required by Portuguese tax law (10 years).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to donate@caminhocomdeus.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Data is stored on servers in the European Union and access is restricted to the people who need it.
